Order Handling

Paselec E-Bike LLC warrants to the original retail purchaser of the bicycle that under normal use and service, the frame and fork of the bicycle will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of delivery, and under normal use and service, parts such as motors, batteries, chargers, controllers, etc. will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 6 months from the date of delivery.

The Limited Warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of an improper charger, water damage, improper maintenance, or such other misuse. Any other remedy, such as compensation for damages of any kind or loss of use, is excluded. The warranty period cannot be extended by granting an additional warranty.

Returns and refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To return an e-bike that is not defective or damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the e-bike. The odometer of the e-bike must be less than 10 miles long, free of any wear, dirt, dust, scent, or any other signs of use, and must be in the same packaging and condition as you received, and must include everything inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.). Before sending your bike back to us, you must obtain prior authorization from Paselec and a prepaid return shipping label.

Bicycles must be packed in the original shipping box, if the original box is lost, please check with Paselec in advance and provide the exact dimensions of the new shipping box so that we can provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

If the package dimensions you provide are inaccurate, you will be responsible for any FedEx/UPS surcharges

As long as the above conditions are met, we will arrange a refund for you as soon as we receive the returned bike, but for non-quality problem bikes, we will deduct a $200 restocking fee.

Pre-Orders and Backorders Cancellations

Our backorder process is for ebikes that have already been available but are temporarily out of stock. For all pre-orders and backorders, your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. We will ship out the order once we have the stock available.

Purchase of parts and replacement parts

Purchased Parts or replacement parts can be returned within 7 days of receipt. However, any returned or replacement parts must be unused, free of any wear, dirt, dust, smell or any other sign of use, and must be tightly packed, i.e. the returned part must be in the same condition as when you received it. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying the two-way shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Non-returnable/non-refundable Items

Used Products, batteries, special orders, sale items, gift cards and gifted orders shall not be returnable except in EXTREME cases of breakage/malfunction covered by our warranty, and then only after receipt of our approval for the return.
