We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to an error on our part (you received the wrong or defective item, etc.), we will also pay for return shipping. For returns that are not product quality issues, the customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.

You should receive your refund within 4 weeks of handing the package over to the return shipper, but in many cases you will receive your refund sooner. This time includes the transit time it takes for us to receive the return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the processing time it takes for us to receive the return (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please contact the Paselec customer email address (service@paselecbike.com) to initiate the request and obtain a prepaid label. Upon receipt of the email, we will contact and notify you of your refund.

Upon receipt of the item, please observe the exterior of the item for damage, if the outer box is damaged, please refuse the package and return it.

If the package has been signed for, take some photos of the damaged area and the courier slip of the outer box and send them back to Paselec Bike for follow up and claim.

Be sure to keep the original box for a while as you may need to return the bike.
