PASELEC GS10 750W 26*4.0 Fat Tire eMTB

While I have so far found the bike to be nice; the shipper damaged the bike while in transit. As a result I’ve had the bike for over a week now and have only rode it for about a mile. 1) The front brake rotor arrived bent. 2) the kickstand falls off the bike when putting it in the retracted position. 3) the part of the battery mount that supports the battery is broken and the battery will not go into the proper locked in position.
I am still waiting for Paselec to send me replacement parts. I just got an email today saying that I could probably buy a new brake rotor replacement locally, which I did find on Amazon and it will be delivered tomorrow. It would have been nice if Paselec would have went to Amazon and placed the order for the brake disc covering the cost and I would have had it a week ago.
I’m hoping customer service is willing to consider this situation with my bike and make good on these issues.

I waited a few months before writing a review for this bike. I wanted to test out after at least 30 rides and three full charges. Its easy to assemble (about 30 minutes). All the necessary tools are included, and clear illustrated instructions.

Pros: Long lasting battery, sleek design, whisper quiet riding. Sturdy suspension.

Cons: Seat is quite uncomfortable, so an upgrade will be necessary, esp for billowy booty cheeks like mine. When battery level gets below 15%, acceleration and top speed is reduced significantly, which Im actually okay with as its a reminder to recharge - but some may find this a performance letdown. Keep the tools on your for long rides as the wheels fasteners will need occasional tightening.

Although the cons paragraph length is longer than the pro this is a wonderful bike. And I forgot to mention the value factor. This feels like a $2500 e-bike :)

I bought two of these bikes, and will be leaving the same review for both. I've put about 120 miles on these in the past couple of weeks, and so far they perform as expected. Build quality seems very good, only a few minor tweaks to the brakes were necessary. Assembly is very easy, with minimal effort. I have not yet pushed the battery to its limit, however rides of 5-10 miles over generally hilly terrain, using assist level 1 or 2, has depleted the battery by less than 10%. Also, the seller is responsive and helpful.

This bike far exceeded my expectations. It looks great, is powerful and provides a smooth ride. It was easy to assemble with high quality parts. When someone stole my front tire recently, customer service was able to find me a new tire and ship it right away. I highly recommend this bike.
